This strain was isolated from a wild discovery near Guadalajara and Talpa (Mexico). Hallucinogenic mushrooms that were used in religious ceremonies by Indigenous peoples of Mexico were considered sacred. The Aztecs gave the mushrooms the nickname “Flesh of the Gods”.
