After ordering from our online shop, our team promptly processes your order, ensuring discreet packaging and secure shipping. You'll receive updates on your order status, and it will be delivered to your designated address within 2-3 days
Yes, if this is your first time shopping online with us, and you wish to have your order shipped/delivered, we must have proof you are of legal age to purchase cannabis.Â
If you do no provide photo ID, we will not be able to process your order for delivery.
If you are picking up your order, it’s not necessary to send your ID. Please have your ID ready for pickup.Â
Once your order has been shipped with Canada Post, you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 days
Payment
At this time our store remains cash only.
We have an ATM available in store and we can do in-store e-transfers. However, due to bank transaction times, we cannot do e-transfer payment past 7:15 p.m. Our ATM is available until closing.
If placing an order for pick-up, payment can be sent prior to pick-up or can be paid when you arrive in-store.There should be no security question on the e-transfer. If your bank prompts you to generate a question, this is an indication there may have been an error made filling in our information. Â
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact our customer support team immediately with relevant details and supporting evidence. We will swiftly assist you in resolving the issue by either providing a replacement or initiating a return and refund process.
Yes, you can change or cancel your order by reaching out to our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order and the specific circumstances. Our team is committed to providing excellent service and will assist you in modifying or canceling your order whenever feasible.
Unfortunately, no. All online orders must be in your real name, so we can cross check ID’s and payment.
If payment or ID name does not match the order name there will be delays when processing your order.Â
